Activating this trainer:

Press F1 at main menu.

Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.

Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Trainer Options:

NumPad1: Change Gold By 5000

NumPad2: Change Prestige By 500

NumPad3: Change Meat By 50

NumPad4: Change Wood By 50

NumPad5: Change Bread By 50

NumPad6: Change Fish By 50

NumPad7: Change EXP By 250

Editor Options:

Fish

Bread

Wood

Meat

Prestige

Gold

EXP

Notes:

Changes are not visible until the value gets changed by the game. So for example when adding more gold you need to buy something to see your gold has changed.
