Everything is unlocked. The game was completed with the amulet, and I also chose not to cleanse it at the end. Not all the notes were collected.

Installation:

Download the archive with your save
Disable cloud syncing (if licensed, in Steam or another launcher)
Go to the following path: "AppData\Local\SinSpire\Saved\SaveGames"
Unzip the archive contents to this folder (replace if necessary)
Launch the game
Check your save
Exit the game
Enable cloud syncing (if licensed, in the same way you disabled it)
If there is a cloud sync conflict, select your local save (the most recent one)
Done!
