Activating this trainer:

Press F1 at main menu.

Notes:

Unlimited Assignment Time: While active you have unlimited time to assign cops to a crime.

Free Shopping: While active money will not decrease if you buy stuff.

Selected Cop Editor: On map, click on a cop card so the information panel shows up, then make your changes on the editor.

Cops Cannot Die: While active cops cannot die on duty.

Perfect On Duty Results: While active all cops on duty will have perfect crime/investigation results.

Unlimited Day Time: While active the day timer is frozen. Please note that events are triggered on the day time so as long as the day time is frozen, there might be no new events.

Get All Frames From Investigation: While active you’ll get all frames from an investigation, which you can get at once. Means you get as much frames as possible per DAY.

Change Badges: Be careful and not add more than 3. Save your game before using this option. Some users have reported malfunctions after actively used this option.
