Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Notes

Unlimited BP:
Mostly this gives you the Max BP that is possible.  You might still use it all, but you will have the most BP you can have to spend.

HP:
While NOT in combat, press I, then select Armaments, then scroll up or down to select unit.
