If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.

Level:
Press TAB, then click SKILLS, then click one of the 4 round colored ICONS to the upper left of the screen for the values to show in the editor.  For instance, one of the icons is for SERVICE.
