If you need to get achievements for quick walkthrough on S-rank on hard diffculty, try to load game from the last manual save (not earlier).
You will have to go through the most unpleasant stage of the game - a boss who wants to hug you.
If you don’t want to go through the whole game for all benefits, but immediately play with full capabilities, from all files in the folder, copy only GlobalDataFile.sav and SettingsFile.sav (not sure about the second).
