If you need to get achievements for a quick completion to S-rank on hard, try loading from the last manual save (not earlier).

You will have to go through the most inconvenient stage of the game - the boss who wants hugs.

If you do not want to complete the game for the sake of opening all the goodies, but immediately play with full capabilities, from all the files in the folder, copy only GlobalDataFile.sav and SettingsFile.sav (not sure about the second one).
