During a covert operation to seize chemical weapons shipments headed to Urzykstan, CIA agent Alex was intercepted by unknown assailants, who killed the Marines accompanying him and escaped with the gas. Alex's handler, CIA station chief Kate Laswell, asks for help from British special forces captain John Price in returning the chemicals and de-escalating the situation with Russia.
