Saving will also unlock all achievements (77/80) of the main game and expansions on Steam, except for the achievements of the New Game + mode

In order to start a New Game +, at the base you need to go to the white and gold spire of Far Zenith and press the button - Start "New Game +"

Copy the manualsave1.dat file with replacement (if necessary, making a backup copy of your manual save) to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition\*folder with numbers*
