Activating this trainer:

Press F1 at main menu.

Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.

Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Trainer Options:

NumPad1: Infinite Health

NumPad2: One Hit Kills

NumPad3: Infinite Durability

NumPad4: Unlimited Ammo

NumPad5: Quick Kill Is Always Enabled

Notes:

Quick Kill Is Always Enabled: If One Hit Kills bores you and/or you enjoy all the different killing animations, use this option. While active you can always perform the quick kill by pressing F if enemy is close to you.
