Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Amount:
Do NOT give yourself 100's of things.  You will fill up your inventory by accident.

Body Base:
Click one of the units at the BOTTOM while not in combat to open the info screen.  Next, mouse over a unit a the bottom and it's stats will show up.  You  may need to have something "happen" or an event to SAVE to lock in the values.
