Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Trainer Options

     NumPad1: No Damage (except for wheels)
     NumPad2: No Sleep
     NumPad3: Infinite Fuel
     NumPad4: Change Money
     NumPad5: Unlimited Skill Points
     NumPad6: Change EXP
     NumPad7: Super Speed
     NumPad8: No Cargo Damange

Notes

No Damage (except for wheels):
While active your truck has no damage.  This does NOT work for wheels! They can still receive damage.

Change Money:
You must be on the road. Press hotkey to get more money.

Change EXP:
Visit 'Career' screen and close the screen so you are back at your home screen. Press hotkey and visit your EXP screen again to see changes.

Money:
You must be on the road.

EXP:
Visit your EXP progress screen and close the screen so you are back
at your home screen. Edit value and visit your EXP screen again to
see changes.
