Activating this trainer:
Press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Trainer Options:
NumPad1: Invincible
NumPad2: One Hit Kills
NumPad3: Add Coin
NumPad4: Refill Super Meter
NumPad5: Complete Next Level With A Grade
NumPad6: Complete Next Platforming Level With Pacific Grade

Notes:
Invincible: Nothing will hurt you, not even falling outside of level.

One Hit Kills: While active you kill most enemies with a single hit.

Complete Level: On map press hotkey and your next level is completed. Open menu and click on 'Worlds' to see it is.
