The save file contains: RGB O-Cerfour, day 14, 437 currency, infinite battery, almost the entire main room cleaned, walls patched only in the hallway and main room, all upgrades for the ATV and computer, and there's a lot more interesting stuff in the save file :)

The file includes data and a tutorial on how to convert a story save into a sandbox and vice versa.

The saves folder is located at: AppData > Local > VotV > Saved > SaveGames
The "AppData" folder is hidden. To open it, open the "View" tab in File Explorer, then click "Options," and then select "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" in the "View" category at the very bottom.
A more detailed path is: Drive (C:) > Users > (Username) > AppData > Local > VotV > Saved > SaveGames
