In order to get this achievement, you need to delete all your files from the folder and turn off the sync in STEAM. Then go into the game and find "Save Cell 1" or "Save Cell 2".
To install: Copy to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*NUMBERS*\239160\
