Only for 1.3.1! All items from the 1.3 are also present, added new items. To get to the main building with boxes - go to the teleporter on the left, or (for weak computers) Get walking through the right door to gradual load.

On the map it is:

All things that exist at the moment in the game (full chests of building materials)
All NPCs
The best armor, weapons and accessories
Many huge space, where you can experience everything.

Unzip the archive into a folder with the rest of maps (usually  C: \ Users \% USERNAME% \ My Documents \ My Games \ Terraria \ Worlds)
