Completed all 7 worlds (normal and dark versions with A+ grades, collected all patches, completed all Warp Zones and Glitch levels).
Unlocked all characters and defeated all bosses (including Fetus' dark version).

Installation instructions:

Download the archive;
Move the Userdata folder from the archive to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Super Meat Boy (you'll likely only need one file from this folder, but I've uploaded the entire folder just in case).
