To create a save, follow these steps:
1. Download the file
2. In File Explorer, navigate to: C:\Users\XxX\AppData\Local\Subliminal\Saved\SaveGames
3. Copy the archive contents to the SaveGames folder
4. Launch the game and enjoy the game
If the ROT ending icon doesn't appear, sorry, it's a bug XD
