After downloading file rename to .zip and open it with any compression program

CHEAT DESCRIPTION:

Absolutely everything is 100% complete—all missions completed, competitions completed, towers unlocked, upgrades collected.

Steam version. But it should work on a pirated version too (I haven't personally tested it).
The game is 100% complete, all missions and competitions completed, towers and upgrades completed.
I don't know, maybe someone will find it useful, but you're welcome.
Installation:

Find the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\numbers\1465360\remote
Copy the files from the archive there and replace them.
And yes, be sure to back up your save before doing this.

The maps where the author used the save editor appear black. To fix this, select the garage in the list on the left and ride the towers again, and everything will glow brightly.
