Save for PC version of Ninja Gaiden Master Collection, namely the 3rd part "Razor's Edge". All difficulties are open, NG+ is available.

Installation: C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\KoeiTecmo\NINJAGAIDEN3RE (Move the folder from the archive to this path and rename it to the same numbers that were there on your save. And delete your save. I recommend disabling steam cloud to avoid mixing files).
