Installation:

Download the archive
Move the "SGTA409" file to the following path: Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/Profiles/Profile Name (I have A7A82AE9)
Move the "WeaponInfo" file (with replacement) to the following path: GTAIV/common/data. This file disables the ammo limit, which allows you to have a lot of ammo, grenades, etc., as it was in the previous parts.
