No cheats are used! Ica Island is not covered.

In this save, two locations are almost completely opened, 2/3 of the game has been completed. You continue the game at the beginning of the third Act with completed side quests from previous locations. Two bows have been maxed out, there is pumped up Ghost armor and a level 4 Katana.
