To install:
Copy to C:\Users\*user name*\AppData\Local\GameDEC\Saved\SaveGames
Most likely, you need to go into the game and save the game 2 times, in the 1st and 2nd slots, since there is a file in the folder that takes into account the number of saved save slots.
