I made a save where I raked almost all the junk, armor, weapons, consumables into the courier's house so that you wouldn't waste time exploring locations, but would go straight to the quests.

I didn't touch the marked quests because I wanted the players to choose what the ending would be or how a particular quest would end.
Unmarked quests were completed, but not all.
All items are in Novak (Whole map without DLC) or in the smart house on Bolshaya Gora (Whole map with DLC)
Installation instructions:

Go to "This computer" then click on the "Documents/My Games/FalloutNV/Saves" directories and move the saves themselves to the "Saves" folder.
