As the title says, this save is for the Institute faction, it is divided into 2 parts:

File 1, this is the beginning, Diamond City (Main Base), the OS quest has not been started. The entire Community map is open (except for DLC) for fast travel.

File 2, this is the finale of the main storyline and faction line, the Institute side quests have also been completed, such as: "Fight for the Harvest", "Leak", "Discord". The Warwick Farm is a faction settlement.

SPECIAL characteristics are set to 10, the SPECIAL book from Sanctuary was not used, magazines and dolls are also not involved in the subsequent passage (you will find and collect them yourself). In companions X6-88 (max trust level is NOT reached), 50+ LVL and most of the abilities for a comfortable passage. The main faction quest "Family Splitting" will remain.

Before entering the Institute, Nick Valentine was your companion (all the necessary records have been collected to complete the quest "It's About Time"), you are required to raise your relationship level with Valentina to max and complete this quest.
After completing the final quest, you can go to Piper and give her an interview.

IF, for some reason, you don't have DLC or access to content from the Creation Club, then you don't need to immediately write that there are +100500 God knows what plugins that are not available for completion.
