All missions in all campaigns are unlocked. There are also saves available before the end of each campaign. I played on version 1.9.1 with DLC 1 - The Good, the Bad, and the Evil, DLC 2 - Not Another Multiverse, and DLC 3 - Tales from the Campfire.

Don't forget to back up your saves, as they may not work with newer versions!

Unzip to the following folder:

C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Roaming\Kalypso Media\Dungeons 4
