The character is leveled to level 60; this was done during the "Rise and Shine" quest.

Move the archive contents to the following path: Steam/userdata/1203467050/383150
Your folder name may be different, but don't worry. To find the folder number, go to Steam/Library/DEAD ISLAND DEFINITIVE EDITION/Updates, where you'll find information about the game.
The application number is the name of the folder where your save files are stored (383150).
