All weapons and upgrades are available from the moment you get off the boat (game started on the highest difficulty level) (Only resources are needed to purchase and upgrade). The save is suitable for those who have already completed the game and would like to play at a different difficulty level (or with mods) only the storyline, but do not want to run around the polygons again and collect weapon upgrades).

To install:

Copy to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\AtomicHeart\Saved\SaveGames
