This file makes all your skills and perks on maximum (255), you can set your number, simply edit the numbers in allskills.txt files, allperks.txt.

To install:

Copy the files from the archive into the game folder

How to use:

Start the game, open the console (~) and type:

(For the perks) - bat allperks.txt

(For skills) - bat allskills.txt
