This is not a new game+, so you can change the difficulty of the game at any time. The game starts after initialization, the face paint and visor type are unlocked in the saves. In the first save, nothing was completed, there are good weapons and armor, 52,000 fragments, level 18, the most necessary skills are unlocked. For those who are playing for the first time, I advise you to start right away from the Banuk lands, where you can get modifications for the spear (the Shared Secret quest) and the unique weapon Storm (the Shaman's Path quest), go through all the cauldrons (they are on the map) to get the opportunity to intercept any machines, and for those who want, you can start a chain of quests to find fuel cells (I’ve already found two), to get the Shield Weaver armor and then you will be fully equipped for the most difficult battles. For those who are too lazy to go through all this, download the second save, it’s all already open there.
