Using this Trainer:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.

Listen for "Activated".

Numpad *: Unlock Collectables

Options:

Numpad 1: Health

Numpad 2: Ammo

Numpad 3: No Reload

Numpad 4: Grenades/Items

Numpad 5: Unlimited Focus

Numpad 6: Fast XP Level Up

Numpad +: Zoom In

Numpad -: Zoom Out

Numpad 7: Super Stealth

Numpad 8: Accuracy

Numpad 9: Unlock Levels

Numpad 0: Unlock Items

Numpad *: Unlock Collectables

Notes:

Numpad 1: Health - toggle on and most things cannot kill you.

Numpad 2: Ammo - toggle on and most weapons will have unlimited ammo.

Numpad 3: No Reload - toggle on and most weapons will not need to be reloaded.

Numpad 4: Grenades/Items - toggle on and most items and grenades will be unlimited.

Numpad 5: Unlimited Focus - toggle on and when you engage focus, your heartbeat will remain at zero, allowing you to aim for as long as you like with maximum focus.

Numpad 6: Fast XP Level Up - when you press this key, it sets your XP to the value that will allow you to level up when you earn legitimate XP.  This way you can level up your character quite fast.

Numpad +: Zoom In - while you use the sniper rifles, you can use this to extend your zoom even further.

Numpad -: Zoom Out - while you use the sniper rifles, you can use this to zoom back to normal.

Numpad 7: Super Stealth - you must engage this BEFORE you enter the map. You will be able to move around enemies without detection in most cases.

Numpad 8: Accuracy - you must engage this BEFORE you enter the map. You will find that most weapons have very accurate shots.

Numpad 9: Unlock Levels - toggle this on and you can select ANY mission, even if you have not completed the previous missions.

Numpad 0: Unlock Items - toggle this on and you can use any item that is available in the LOADOUT screens.  You can use them even if they were previously locked.

Numpad *: Unlock Collectables - toggle this on and you can see all the collectables.
