F1 - Active Trainer
F2 - Add 5000 Money
F3 - Refill Health

Notice:

First activate trainer then buy something cheap then use Add money or Refill Health cheats, Once you use add money click it as many times as you want then buy something again and money on screen will be updated with new money value.
After you done deactivate the trainer to prevent crashes.
