Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

     NumPad6: Change Money

     NumPad7: No Wanted Level
     NumPad8: Increase Wanted Level
     NumPad9: Decrease Wanted Level

# Misc 
     Multiply: Super Speed

Notes

This game has BattlEye Anti-Cheat. You must start the game with -nobattleye argument. Right click on the game in steam library, click on 'properties'. Under 'Launch options' add '-nobattleye' into the text field without the quotes

God Mode:
While active you won't receive any damage including fall and explosive damage.
