Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Trainer Options

# Budgets 
     NumPad1: Force New Wage Budget
     NumPad2: Force Transfer Budget
     NumPad3: Force Scouting Budget

Notes

Use the appropriate menu to adjust the budget, if it can be adjusted.  Then as the game progresses the new values will be written.   You can set the new values if you have the options on to whatever you like in Aurora.
