Activating this trainer:

Press F1 at main menu.

Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.

Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Trainer Options:

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health

Numpad 2: Unlimited Stamina/Breath

Numpad 3: Unlimited Underwater Swimming

Numpad 4: Freeze Astral Time

Notes:

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - toggle on and the trainer will try to keep this meter full.

Numpad 2: Unlimited Stamina/Breath - toggle on and the trainer will try to keep this meter full.

Numpad 3: Unlimited Underwater Swimming - toggle on and the trainer will try to keep this meter full.

Numpad 4: Freeze Astral Time - toggle this on to try and keep the hourglass timer for when astal time is in place and you are searching for another body.
