Path: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Sifu\Saved\Savegames. To replace your saves in Sifu, do one of the following:
Simply place the folder in Savegames.
Move the contents of my folder to the folder with your saves.
All contents should be saved. Note that the sound and control settings may change to mine, but they can be easily fixed in a few seconds. Without SifuProfile, modifiers are not saved.
