Completed everything possible except the storyline and fortresses. Here's what I've accomplished:

Completed 2/36 story missions;
Completed all levels of all 29 part-time jobs;
Painted over all 75 graffiti;
Collected all 60 CDs;
99 Authority.
Installation instructions:

Download the file;
Go to your emulator's folder; inside you'll find a "content" folder;
Inside it you'll find two folders, one with a bunch of zeros, the other with a bunch of numbers. Go to the one with a lot of numbers;
Next you'll see a folder named 545107D1 (for the European game) or 545107F8 (for the Japanese game), then a folder named 00000001. Paste the folder you found inside the downloaded archive into it.
