Save for the Steam version. To obtain the achievement, you must defeat the final boss (Miranda) with a knife (without using any firearms, grenades, etc.). In this save, the game time has been reset to 0:40 for the Sprinter Dad achievement.

Place at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\Your ID\1196590\remote\win64_save

Most importantly, find the 1196590 folder—this number doesn't change; it contains all your RE:8 saves.
