To install:

Go along the path: C:\Users\*User name*\AppData\LocalLow\Kinetic Games\Phasmophobia
copy all the files from the folder and transfer them to another location,

In case of force majeure delete SaveFile.es3, SaveFile.es3.tmp.bak and saveData.txt

Transfer the downloaded saveData.txt to the same folder

Who plays a licensed game, remove the save synchronization from the Steam Cloud
