The carburetor is set to 14.7 V, and it starts outside with the choke pulled out, in any frost! Once the car warms up, you can remove the choke and drive without any problems. The Fleetari dyno showed 122 horsepower. Also, if anyone doesn't understand why their Corris is dying, it's because you can't keep the rear window heater on for too long. Warm it up a bit, turn it off, and drive. Then the voltage will always be 14.2 V.
