(After +30 hours of gameplay there are probably a lot of fish there) There are keys to the van, gifu and station wagon. Pig's house is won. Completed quests with a clock, bales of hay and a combine. As far as I remember, I drove the drunk home twice.
(Note: You shouldn't get caught by the police on the tractor, otherwise you'll get a fine for fuel oil, dry the tank dry, then fill it with regular diesel)

Everything was done purely with my own suffering and efforts, without cheats and mods. Only hardcore, but without permanent death.
