Why is the car rusty?
Some things were tweaked in the editor, but now the car is a beauty.

Are you sure it was just the color that was changed in the editor?
No, other parameters were also changed, such as:

The main character's weight (instead of 78-79 kg, it weighs over 110 kg).
The deadline for the next car inspection at Lindel's (now you don't have to worry about this, since the next registration (extension) is in 500 days).
What changed?
A bucket for mash was brought from the island.
The refrigerator is half empty.
Now the account balance is 48k.
As a reminder, if a save game won't start, or is loading incorrectly, simply disable Steam Cloud or switch to Local Saves. Then everything will work.
