Economy, conscription and other key parameters have been configured.
Focuses and research:
All national focuses and technologies are researched (not all).
The country is technologically advanced.
Production:
Weapons production is successfully configured.
The only exception is that aircraft need more production and additional upgrades.
Reconnaissance:
The Intelligence Agency is improved to a good level.
There is potential for further development.

Strategic situation
The next stage is the war with the Third Reich and the Comintern.
Everything else depends on your choice and strategy.
