Download the archive with your save
Disable cloud sync (if licensed, in Steam or another launcher)
Go to the following path: "Steam\userdata\Your_id\\2127010\"
Unzip the archive contents to this folder (replacing them if necessary)
Launch the game
Check your save
Exit the game
If the save isn't working, run the registry edit file and check again
Enable cloud sync (if licensed, in the same way you disabled it)
If there's a cloud sync conflict, select your local save (the most recent one)
Done!
