100% on Insane difficulty and the maximum character leveling available for every mission after Empire City.

Note:

Difficulty level: Insane.
No side activities were completed during the gameplay; there is plenty to do after completing the game.
The earliest stage for collecting the most gold is after escorting Jenny to open the bridge to the western part of the map.
After the escort, only 39/44 gold can be collected; the remaining deposits can only be mined later in the game, after returning to the tutorial and escaping the fort. In the Empire City save, only a pickaxe was purchased; in the other saves, only upgrades needed to complete the story were purchased.
