Installation:
Download the save file
Press Win + R and enter: %USERPROFILE%\Documents
Find the "GTA San Andreas User Files" folder
If the folder does not exist, create it manually
Copy the file from the archive there
Replace the existing file, if there is one
Launch the game and load the save
