I haven't even made it home at the very beginning of the game. I've bought several houses. All the shells and graffiti. All the horseshoes. All the jumps are 70/70. Police level 12, Ambulance 12, and Fire 12. All the weapons are also upgraded. Some weapons will be in CJ's house on the Grove. Girls will love and like them in any form.
