Put the PS3 folder on a flash drive and connect it to the console.
In the Game menu, select Manage saved data, then USB device.
Specify the desired save, press the triangle and select Copy. The save will be copied to the console's hard drive. Also in the spoiler there will be a video instruction on how to install saves.
