In this save for Drive Beyond Horizons you will get a fully assembled Golf. All that remains is to remove the door from the car and install it in place to get the achievement. After these steps, you can select the Golf as a starting car when creating a new game.

Installation:

Download the save file
Find the Drive Beyond Horizons save folder on your computer (...\AppData\Local\DriveBeyondHorizons\Saved\SaveGames)
Copy the downloaded files to this folder
If necessary, confirm the replacement of existing files
Launch the game and select the downloaded save
