For a ready-made save:
If you are already the creator of the character, you can change its appearance through the internal character editor. Interact with the Mirror of Transfiguration in the Lighthouse to change the appearance. You can see the character settings in the editor by downloading the first file in the post.
For a new game:
Download the save file in the post and unzip it to the folder where the Dragon Age: The Veilguard saves are located. You will start a new game with a new hero. The path to the save files is [C: (or any other letter drive on your computer) \ Documents \ Bioware \ Dragon Age The Veilguard \ save games], and then a folder with random numbers, which is different for each person.
